The other day a sweet, middle aged, well-adjusted friend of mine finally mustered up the courage to tell me that he’s always wanted a woman to piss in his mouth.

Yeah, it is. Urine is sterile for the most part. My partner has drank mine, and I have drank his, too. He likes it more than I do, but he pisses in my mouth from time to time.
Urine is actually only sterile inside the bladder. Once it exits, it picks up any bacteria around the urethral opening and in and around the labia – for women. For me, obviously, it picks up bacteria from their junk.
However, unless you have e coli or really nasty bacteria laying around on your junk, it’s not going to kill you — or even make you sick — to drink pee so long as you’re not chugging gallons of it.
OOOOOH I learned a rather amazing fact today about urine. Apparently Urea (the majority of urine output is urea) is a humectant. If you apply it to the skin it will draw moisture from the air down deep into the dermal (second layer) of the skin. It’s why Urea is so prevalent in most cosmetics!
Urine when exiting a clean genital area is still about 70-80% sterile so it won’t hurt you to occasionally drink it. It will save your life if you are caught in some area where you have no access to clean water. It can be safer to drink than most mountain streams. I’ve never actually drank any but I have tasted it as part of a class I took for my vet tech degree. There are quite a few diseases that can be diagnosed by careful examination of urine, both output and consistency.
It’s fascinating stuff!

Be aware that although urine is sterile within each of our own bodies, it is not always safe to consume. If the person urinating is taking any medication it transfers to the other person via the urine consumed. I checked this out last year with my physician since I was curious about it because I had so many people asking me. She (my doc) also checked it out with several other medical personnel just to make absolutely sure of the facts.For example, if the person urinating is taking heart medication, blood thinner, epilepsy meds, ect…and you drink it, you also are taking that medication, although a lesser amount and not as effective, but you ARE still consuming it. Be aware of that since that is the one thing most people do not realize. My doc showed me medical literature that actually showed consumption of small amounts of urine that contained heart medication, digitalis, reacted with medication that the consuming partner was taking, resulting in a 2 day stay in a hospital to correct an improper heart rhythm set off my the two drugs in combination. Otherwise if both partners are healthy, not on certain meds and are both happy with the arrangement, doc says “go for it”.
