Review Roundup 11.12.07
It’s about that time of week again (and when I say about, I mean it is) when I do the weekly round up. It’s been a hard week for me with a house break-in (don’t worry, my kitties are ok), a grad-school lock-down/evacuation (don’t worry, no one was shot) , over of 6 hours of driving in bad weather (don’t worry, I didn’t crash) and my baby breaking up with me (don’t worry, I’ve been done wrong, but will eventually get over it…as soon as my heart is done breaking), so I don’t have anything too witty to say. My apologies. If you have hugs and are willing to give them, I am accepting donations here: _______.
I was quite amused by the Gadget Inspector’s witty review written about the Fresh Wrist Restraints. He’s a new reviewer, and has some fun things to way about these restraints. He looked at them from a variety of angles, and really “worked” them… and it takes a “real” man to wear a pair of light pink and blue restraints. Major props to him for wearing them, using them, and right about them in a light-hearted and humorous way. Nice job.
I’ve never REALLY understood the point of need specially made furniture for sex, but after reading Chris’s review of the Liberator Wedge Ramp Combo, I kinda really want one for myself (if I still had a partner that is). She describes the product itself, and then exactly what she does with it, which I’ve found is really an effective way to right a review; people now only understand the product, but all the exciting things you can do with it. I know she got me reading (and wanting!)
GenkiGirl wrote a lovely review of The Expert Guide to Oral Sex: Fellatio. She talks about the DVD as a whole, and then about each individual aspect of it, and what makes it such a great and worthwhile film. A lot of sexuality related films tend to be duds, so it’s really refreshing to read about someone truly enjoying their DVD, and able to explain exactly why they enjoyed it so much. Details are always a plus; way to go.
Ok, that’s all for now folks. I promise that I’ll be much more vibrant and exciting next week
