You can find part one here.
In part one of this article, finding your G-spot was the focal point. I have given you time for experimenting, and hopefully you have discovered the pleasures of the G-spot orgasm. If you are still searching for the elusive spot, do not panic, I will go over various positions and a few other techniques that have worked for me.
I found the doggy style position to be a bit uncomfortable after a while and decided to try a different position. I laid back on the bed with some pillows behind by back and under my butt, elevating it up about 8-9 inches and slightly tilted towards my torso. My husband sat beside me, curved his fingers, and found the small rough patch with his fingertips. He curved them up and towards my opening, and rapidly made the ‘come here’ motion while I pressed my abdomen right above the pubic bone. I had another series of multiple orgasms with some squirting. Good thing he can move fast!
Another great position was for me to lay on my side in a fetal position while my husband inserted his fingers straight in, pointed at my pubic bone. After finding the spot, he went in and out using very rapid, hard thrusts which made me explode to the point of almost passing out.
We have tried many variations, using some positions that felt great during penetration. Sitting on the edge of the couch, laying on the couch with my butt on the armrest, (oh, yeah!), and standing in the shower – not recommended!
Put your own spin on positioning by using the ones that give you that extra stimulation during penetration. That almost feeling is your body’s reaction to the head of his penis finding and rubbing your G-spot.
There are special vibrators shaped to hit your G-spot, but until recently, I haven’t had much luck with them. One that I just tried is by Dr. Laura Berman Basics, called Venus. (Link:
http://www.edenfantasys.com/vibrators/traditional-vibrators/dr-laura-berman-basics ). This one worked amazingly well due to the firmness and light flexibility of the vibrator. These features allowed it to stay in place until completion.
When experimenting with the G-spot, please take care to use lube for comfort and ease of motion. If you use a G-spot vibrator or dildo, do not use excessive force that will bruise you internally. Make sure fingernails are clipped and there are no rough areas around the cuticle that will leave scratches.
Sometimes the only difference between having a G-spot orgasm and not having one, is the tone and conditioning of your internal vaginal muscles. The more tone and strength these muscles have, the stronger your orgasms are, and the more sensitive it makes your G-spot. There are exercises and toys made to help you exercise those muscles.
First, lets talk about the Kegels. The Kegel exercises utilize the internal and external pelvic floor muscles. The next time you urinate, stop the flow in midstream by clenching your vaginal muscles. Congratulations! That is a proper Kegel exercise. These can be performed almost anywhere, sitting, standing, driving, etc. Hold for 30 seconds, and do a repetition of that, ten times. Keep building up the muscles and repetitions. After you notice stronger vaginal convulsions when you have an orgasm, consciously squeeze the muscles in an upward direction toward your cervix. You will eventually feel the muscles ‘roll up’. You will now have greater control, stronger orgasms, and as an added health bonus, less chance of urine leakage when you get older.
There are many different kinds of exercise balls for your vaginal muscles. These are inserted and left in for a period of time, in which you do the Kegels with them inserted. Start with a good quality, larger sized single ball and work your way down to small balls. Pick one with a good removal cord. Research and read reviews to determine you personal preferences.
Enjoy your G-spot, and remember: it is not the destination, it is the journey along the way that matters. Have fun, relax, and do not pressure yourself.
