My husband and I were both home on a Saturday, our kids were gone and we decided to lock the doors and stay in bed. I was in the doggy-style position with my stomach resting on a cushion for comfort. My husband had inserted his fingers in my vagina and was moving them rapidly in a back and forth manner with his fingers pointed downwards toward the bed.
I felt a bit of an uncomfortable feeling, maybe my bladder was getting full, when it hit me! Waves and waves of intense internal orgasmic pleasure! Boy, did I also get wet. My husband kept going and it happened over and over. He counted 12 different orgasmic cycles back to back. I had my first G-spot orgasm by complete accident. I was hooked!
The G-spot is a small dime sized organ located in the vagina, that when stimulated with direct, constant contact and pressure, will give you a very intense internal orgasm. There is a larger amount of fluid released and this does sometimes result in female ejaculation, or squirting. (I will cover that topic another time.) The orgasms usually come in multiples, are fully internal, and do not irritate or make you over sensitive the way a clitoral one can.
For me, it makes me want more, removes any inhibitions remaining, and energizes my whole body. The clitoris ‘shuts down’ all feeling until I am finished orgasming internally, and I have an excess amount of self-lubrication. When I finally do finish with a clitoral orgasm it is an extremely intense full body orgasm. I am wiped out, have squirted an immense amount of fluid, and will go right to sleep.
How do you find your G-spot? That is a very good question. Every woman is different, and the G-spot has also been known to move, sometimes within seconds after finding it, with the expansion and contraction of your vagina. I will explain what I know from my own experience, and hopefully this helps you locate and experience your G-spot. You may do this alone or with a partner. I found out that a partner is a great help in the beginning, since they do the work and let you focus on relaxing and enjoying your experience.
Lay on your back and get comfortable, put in a DVD, play music, whatever relaxes and stimulates you sexually. Masturbate for awhile until you get ‘turned on’ and in the mood for sexual gratification. Do not orgasm at this time. If you have a partner, lay on your stomach and have a pillow or two right above your pubic bone to prop you up comfortably.
When you or your partner inserts a lightly lubed finger or two inside your vagina, start out with your fingers facing your pubic bone and slightly curve them into the vaginal wall. Move them in a slow, rhythmic back and forth manner using a light to medium light pressure and feeling the different textures of your vagina.
There will eventually be a dime-sized, rough or bumpy area that causes you to feel mildly uncomfortable. I have felt a mildly painful pins & needles feeling, full bladder, uncomfortable-gotta-move type feeling, and absolutely nothing when this area was touched. It does not hurt, you do not need to urinate and DO NOT move. This is your G-spot.
Lightly rub it, poke it, stroke it, whatever feels good and gets you over the initial feeling. I find that very hard and fast thrusts work miracles in just a few seconds. You might need to build up to that. Do not lose contact with this spot or you have to start over. Keep doing whatever rhythm you decide that is stimulating you, relax and let yourself orgasm. This will take practice! Sometimes pushing in and down right above the pubic bone helps with the stimulation. I will discuss variations, other positions and more G-spot stimulation ideas in my next article. In the meantime, practice, enjoy, and do not get frustrated or give up. There are plenty more ideas and options.
