Yes, I was in a large metropolitan city. Also, the first four stories were set in the mid to late 80's where there just wasn't a lot known about HIV and AIDS, treatment options were limited and so the survival rate wasn't great. I hope that you are fortunate enough to never have this terrible disease take anyone you love. But, even if it doesn't, please continue to be compassionate for the millions who live with HIV every day. Are you from a metropolitan area that just has a larger population?
